Fleet Administrator | Mamoratwa wa Africa Undertakers | Zeerust
Our company in Zeerust is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our team. Strong organising and administration skills are necessary for this role, as well as a high respect for the time lines affecting the role and a team player attitude. This position is an ideal opportunity to deepen your understanding of fleet administration within a growing industry.


Position Overview

The purpose of the position is to ensure that all fleet administrative duties are completed timeously and to the required standard for fleet efficiencies to be realized and business risk to be controlled, providing office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies,

Specific Role Responsibilities

Support and promote the vision and mission of Mamoratwa wa Africa and promote the image together with ensuring that all Vehicle Fleet Controls together with all administrative duties are performed according to the company’s standards and kept up to date
An individual who is mechanically minded coupled with excellent admin and leadership skills.
Responsible for a fleet of vehicles.
Communicate will be a full time and stand by mechanic,
Communicate with drivers and managers both verbally and written;
Must be prepared to travel to conduct fleet inspections if need arises
Someone who can think on their feet and work well under pressure
Handle all interpersonal situations with confidentiality;
Manage our annual registration renewals, inspections
Utilize Microsoft Office in many areas of your work with ease;
Be service-oriented with a positive attitude, interest in learning, technically-savvy and flexible;
Administrative responsibilities include but not limited to:
Monthly Fuel management updates
Filing and other ad hoc administrative duties to comply with auditing purposes.
Other duties as assigned


Minimum Experience:
2 years of relevant administration experience in the industry or similar

Minimum Qualification:
NQF Level 4 qualification (Grade 12 or equivalent)

Preferred Qualification:
Business Management or other relevant tertiary qualification.

Minimum Requirements:
Valid unendorsed driver’s license Code 14
PDP
Computer Literacy
Must be willing to work weekends

Remuneration
Salary R 245 987.00 per annum
